Purchased a new Key West from Nick a few weeks back and it was one of the best buying experiences Ive ever had. My wife and I just purchased our second boat in just over a year from Boat & Motor, our sales person Jarod is a great guy, treats us like family and really takes care of you. Not only did we have a Sea trail test, but Jarod also met us at our high and dry the day they delivered the boat and went our everything again, as well as another sea trail to make sure we were very familiar with this boat. The Service department is top notch they take care of everything when needed and also keep you well informed on any parts that are needed. All in all this place is the best.

My experience with Boat and Motor Superstore was outstanding. Very rarely do you find companies that "do things right" and I found Boat and Motor Superstore to do exactly that. I was in the market for a 252CC Blackfin and they had one available. Jarrod was our salesperson and was terrific. He patiently answered my million questions and promptly returned my calls when I had more. The level of service went above and beyond my expectations. Everyone I have talked to including Jarrod, Chris, and Dakota have been great. I didn't need a trailer so they were nice enough to deliver it and put it on my lift for me. The biggest statement I can make in reference to my experience is that I wouldn't hesitate to buy another boat from them. That should say it all.

Probably the best customer service experience I ever had. Everyone who assisted us was awesome. Can't say enough about Woody who really went above and beyond and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble - he was always patient and helpful. Shane was great too and really helped us out. The service department bent over backwards to find me a spare tire and everything I would need to travel over 1200 miles. Great experience! Bought a new Key West 244 Center console from BMS Palm Bay. Although buying local might not be for everyone, for me it was the only way to go. Nick was extremely knowledgeable about our boat and his NO pressure approach made it simple! Trading in my old boat was straight forward and fair! We recently purchased a new 2022 Key West at Boat and Motor Superstores. Jarrod, our salesman, was extremely patient with us, as our purchase was a years long process because of a dock, lift, and seawall remodel, and a dredge project at our home. The ordering process was extremely smooth with absolutely no pressure to buy or not buy anything. The supply chain issues affected the arrival of our motor, but we were made aware of that by Jarrod, and he kept us posted as to an arrival date. Jarrod personally delivered our boat and accompanied us on delivery right to our dock! The boat, its features, safety, etc were all explained and demonstrated thoroughly and all questions were gladly answered. Jarrod is a top notch salesman, and we were very satisfied in our dealings with him and Chris in parts, and Diandra in finance. Boat and Motor will be our stop for parts, accessories, and service on our new Key West.

Jarrod was very helpful and professional through the whole process. The owner Kyle was very involved in the negotiations and I felt no pressure of any kind and Woody took us on a test drive at closing time and was great and very friendly.
